We carry Buffalo Ribeyes which we custom cut to order, Buffalo Tri-Tips (Sirloin) or Ground Buffalo Bratwurst Sausage. Upon request, we can supply you with a wide variety of all types and cuts of House of Smoke Bison. Bison has shown superior nutritional (high proportion of protein and excellent source of vitamins) and flavor quality. It is generally more tender and juicy when compared with beef.
